Ferret Quest – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Thanks for playing Ferret Quest! Here’s the quick version of what’s allowed:

1. License to Play

We (Aiocane LLC) give you permission to download, install, and play Ferret Quest on your personal devices. This is a license to use the game, not ownership of the game itself.

2. Fan Creations

We love seeing the community’s creativity!

You can make and share fan art, fan fiction, mods, and even small spin-off projects.

You can share them for free.

You can’t sell them or make money from them without our written okay.

Please don’t make anything hateful, illegal, or that could be mistaken as official Ferret Quest.

3. What You Can’t Do

Please don’t:

Copy, sell, or redistribute the game itself.

Claim our characters, story, art, or worlds as your own.

4. Ownership

Everything inside Ferret Quest — characters, creatures, story, art, music, and code — belongs to Aiocane. You get to enjoy it and create around it, but we keep the rights.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The game is provided “as is.” We can’t promise it’ll always be bug-free or work perfectly on every system. We’re not responsible for issues like crashes, lost data, or other problems that might come up while playing.

6. Agreement

By installing or playing Ferret Quest, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t install or play.
