END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "Player") and [DevBacon], the creator of "Purrfect Tanks" (the "Game").
By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the following:
1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its assets.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the Game.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game and its content remain with [DevBacon].
4. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. [DevBacon] is not responsible for any damages or data loss that may occur from using the Game.
5. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Germany].
By installing or playing "Purrfect Tanks," you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
