Beer Machine – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Player") and Crack Creations LLC ("Developer") and governs your use of the game Beer Machine ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the following terms:
1. License
You are granted a personal license to download, install, and play the Game for entertainment purposes.
You are free to stream, record, share, review, or play the Game publicly, including monetized content (such as streaming or video platforms), as long as such content follows the law and the terms of the platforms you post it on.
2. Content Warning
This Game contains mature themes, including alcohol and drug use, abuse, domestic violence, and death.
By playing, you acknowledge that you are aware of this content and are comfortable engaging with it.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute or sell copies of the Game outside of authorized platforms (e.g., Steam).
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game’s code or assets for commercial purposes.
4. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as-is” without any warranty. The Developer is not responsible for any emotional distress, injury, or damage caused by playing the Game. You play at your own risk.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. The Developer may terminate this Agreement if you breach its terms.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of The United States, unless otherwise required by local law.
