End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Acthera Studios (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) regarding your use of the video game Torch of Shadows (“Game”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
You may install the Game on your personal computer(s) and use it only for entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell the Game or any part of it.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission from Acthera Studios.
Circumvent or remove any security features, DRM, or technical limitations of the Game.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game (including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and trademarks) remain the property of Acthera Studios.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game, only a limited license to use it.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Acthera Studios the right to use, display, and distribute it within the Game and related promotional materials.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
If you breach this Agreement, your rights will automatically terminate without notice, and you must uninstall and stop using the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Acthera Studios shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, unless otherwise required by local law.
