END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and sensonas ("Developer") for the use of CrosshairEDGE ("Software").
1. License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal use in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:
- copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- use the Software for unlawful purposes;
- remove or alter proprietary notices or branding from the Software.
3. User Content and Workshop Content
If the Software allows you to create, upload, download, or share presets or other user-generated content, you are solely responsible for the content you submit.
You agree not to upload content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of third parties, or violates applicable law or platform rules.
4. Third-Party Services
The Software may interact with Steam features such as Steam Cloud or Steam Workshop. Your use of such features may also be subject to Valve’s terms and policies.
5. Compatibility Notice
CrosshairEDGE is a visual overlay utility. The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with every game, anti-cheat system, or third-party environment.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every game, system configuration, or third-party software environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Software.
8. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all installed copies.
9. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
