END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "Player") and Epoch Studios™. By installing or playing Epoch Extinction™ (the "Game"), you agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
Epoch Studios™ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game for your own private use.
2. Ownership
The Game and all related content are the property of Epoch Studios™. You receive a license to use the Game, not ownership of the Game or its assets.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or resell the Game without prior written permission.
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game.
- Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software that alters gameplay.
4. User Content
If you create content using the Game (e.g., screenshots, videos), you may share and monetize that content for personal or commercial use, provided it does not misrepresent the Game or claim ownership of Epoch Studios™ intellectual property.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Epoch Studios™ is not responsible for any damages or loss resulting from use of the Game.
6. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in termination of your license and access to the Game.
