This agreement (“User Agreement”) is a legally binding document between Fabryka Gier Sebastian Rafał Barabanow, registered in Szczecin (ul. Cyfrowa 6, Poland), and the individual using our services (“User”). Our services include, among others, games and technical support.

If you are under 18 years old (in Poland) or a minor according to the law of your country, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
Our Privacy Policy also applies with regard to the protection of personal data and is available for the game Colorami at: https://fabrykagier.pl/colorami/0.0.1/colorami-privacy-policy.html.

When purchasing a game from Fabryka Gier, you obtain a license to use it. This means that:

• the license is non-exclusive – other users receive it as well,
  
• you may not resell, rent, or sublicense the game,
  
• you may use the game only for private purposes,
  
• the license does not grant you any rights beyond the ability to play.

The following are prohibited:

• commercial use of the game (e.g., renting, paid sharing),
  
• infringement of the rights of Fabryka Gier, other persons, or users,
  
• using the game in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose,
  
• interfering with or modifying the game code without consent,
  
• using the game in violation of law, good morals, or social norms.

Fabryka Gier guarantees that it has the right to grant this license and ensures the high quality of its services. We may also update the game (e.g., fixes, patches).


YoYo Games Ltd

The game was developed using GameMaker, which is the property of YoYo Games Ltd (United Kingdom). YoYo Games Ltd was not involved in the creation of this game – it only provided the tool.

YoYo Games Ltd:

• guarantees only the proper functioning of GameMaker on a suitable system,
  
• does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the game,
  
• is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the game (except for personal injury caused by YoYo Games’ negligence).

All rights to GameMaker belong solely to YoYo Games Ltd.

Fabryka Gier

All other copyrights and intellectual property rights to the game Colorami belong to Fabryka Gier. This includes, among others, graphics, music, sounds, texts, characters, storyline, and gameplay. The User may use these elements only within the scope defined in this agreement.


You may create and publish fan art, game recordings, and screenshots from Colorami, provided that:

• the content does not violate the law, third-party rights, or social norms,
  
• you hold the rights to any materials used (e.g., graphics, music),
  
• the content is used solely for private and non-commercial purposes (you may not sell it or use it in other companies’ products or services).

If you wish to use your content in another way, you may contact Fabryka Gier to request permission. By publishing content related to the game, you automatically grant Fabryka Gier a free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to use it worldwide, without time limitations.


Fabryka Gier may terminate this agreement and block access to the game if the User violates its rules. In such a case, Fabryka Gier may also take other legal actions in accordance with applicable law.
