4. Termination
If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement, this license will automatically terminate without any notice. After termination, you must immediately destroy all the game copies that you own or control.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall the licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use this game, even if the licensor has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
6. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [the country/region where you are located], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7. Complete Agreement
