END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Effective Date: 02/18/2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your installation and use of the
Wildborne Online software (“Game”) and is entered into between you and FeatheredHare LLC.
By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
FeatheredHare LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial use.
No ownership rights are transferred.
2. Ownership
All right, title, and interest in and to the Game — including but not limited to source code, object
code, assets, characters, animations, audio, server architecture, tools, and trademarks —
remain exclusively with FeatheredHare LLC.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
● Extract or unpack game files (.pak or otherwise)
● Export or copy models, textures, animations, or audio
● Reverse engineer or decompile the Game
● Circumvent encryption or DRM
● Disable anti-cheat systems
● Create private servers
● Inspect memory or intercept network traffic
● Distribute modified versions
Unauthorized asset extraction or reverse engineering constitutes willful infringement.
4. Liquidated Damages
You acknowledge that unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, or redistribution causes
irreparable harm.
You agree to liquidated damages of $25,000 USD per violation, in addition to statutory
damages, attorneys’ fees, and court costs.
FeatheredHare LLC may seek injunctive relief without bond in Texas courts.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically upon violation. Upon termination, you must uninstall and
destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the greater of:
● $100 USD
● The amount paid by you within the last 12 months
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Venue for injunctive relief shall lie in Texas.
