By installing or using the Game, you agree to this EULA.

License. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game is licensed, not sold.

Single-player / No extra payments. The Game is single-player and designed for offline use. It includes no in-app purchases, subscriptions, loot boxes, or virtual currency beyond the initial purchase.

Restrictions. You may not copy (except for a backup), modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, cheat, or use the Game in violation of law. Do not remove proprietary notices.

Updates. Patches or updates may be provided to maintain functionality, stability, or security. Updates do not add paid content.

Data. The Game may collect steam data only under steam policy.

Refunds & consumer rights. Purchases via Steam are subject to the Steam refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by this EULA.

Warranty disclaimer. THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Liability limit. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME (IF ANY).

Termination. This EULA ends if you breach it. Upon termination, stop using and delete the Game.
