END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – Little Brave Adventurer
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR PLAYING.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“the Player”) and Xray (“the Developer”) for the game software titled *Little Brave Adventurer* (“the Game”).
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including but not limited to all graphics, music, code, story, and other assets, remains the sole intellectual property of the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to you.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game in any way.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures in the Game.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows mods, custom content, or user-created material, such content must not infringe on third-party rights or contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material. The Developer reserves the right to restrict or remove such content.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or that the Game will be free from errors or interruptions.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or hardware failure) arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete and uninstall all copies of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By installing or playing *Little Brave Adventurer*, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
