END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [David Hirosky Jr] (“Licensor”) for the software product [Second Death] (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to others.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Circumvent any security or digital rights management features.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including all content, code, and assets) remain with the Licensor.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
