This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DegDeGames regarding your use of the game (the "Software").

2. Ownership
The Software is owned by DegDeGames. You are granted a license to use it; no ownership rights are transferred.
3. Restrictions

5. Limitation of Liability
DegDeGames shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
6. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
