2. Description of Software

Spray Forge is a training reference tool designed to help users learn weapon spray patterns from competitive shooter games.

Technical Description:
• A standalone application that displays spray pattern reference images in an overlay window
• Functions as an always-on-top window overlay (similar to having reference material on a second monitor)
• Tracks mouse movements within the application for practice purposes
• Does NOT interact with, modify, inject into, read, or access any game files, game memory, or game processes
• Does NOT provide automation, macros, or any form of game manipulation

Intended Use:
• Study spray pattern visualizations displayed on screen
• Practice tracing patterns with your mouse to develop muscle memory
• Designed for offline training and study sessions

3. Third-Party Terms of Service & Account Risks

Important Disclosure Regarding Game Publishers' Policies:

Spray Forge operates as a passive visual reference overlay and does not interact with games in any manner. However, you acknowledge and understand that:

a) Publisher Policies Apply: All game publishers' Terms of Service, End-User License Agreements, and community guidelines continue to apply to your use of their games.

b) Overlay Software Policies: Some game publishers may maintain policies regarding third-party overlay software, regardless of whether such software interacts with their games.

c) Reference Material Analogy: Spray Forge functions similarly to displaying reference images on a physical second monitor or printed material beside you. Despite this passive functionality, we cannot guarantee how game publishers will interpret or apply their own policies.

d) Potential Account Actions: While Spray Forge does not interact with games, your game accounts could potentially face actions from publishers, including but not limited to:
• Warnings or notices
• Temporary suspensions
• Rank or stat adjustments
• Permanent account bans

e) Publisher Discretion: Game publishers maintain sole discretion in interpreting and enforcing their Terms of Service. We cannot control, predict, or influence their policy decisions or enforcement actions.

Recommendation: We recommend using Spray Forge primarily for offline practice to minimize any potential concerns regarding publisher policies.

By using this software, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use, including any actions taken by game publishers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

a) "AS-IS" Software:
Spray Forge is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the software will be error-free, meet your expectations, or be compatible with your system. Your use is at your sole risk.

b) No Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the developers of Spray Forge are NOT liable for any game account penalties (bans, suspensions, etc.), loss of account value or virtual items, or any other damages arising from your use of this software. We cannot control how game publishers interpret or enforce their policies.

c) Maximum Liability:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for this software.

5. Your Acknowledgment

By using Spray Forge, you confirm that:
• You understand this is a passive display overlay that does not interact with games
• You understand that despite its passive nature, game publishers may have policies regarding overlay software
• You accept all risks, including potential game account penalties
• You accept the "as-is" nature and all limitations of liability
