END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) — SAMLA

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and Lobah Digital Company for Information Technology ("Lobah," "Developer," "We," or "Us"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This Agreement governs your download, installation, and use of the video game Samla (the "Game"). By clicking "Accept," installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Game.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your strict compliance with this Agreement, Lobah grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and personal license to install and use the Game on your personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Ownership: The Game is licensed to you, not sold. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Game is transferred to you.
2. Intellectual Property Rights (Comprehensive)
Lobah retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to:
Visual & Audio Assets: All graphics, character designs, animations, environments, "Samla" lore, storylines, dialogue, musical compositions, sound effects, and audiovisual effects.
Code & Technology: Source code, object code, algorithms, mechanics, methods of operation, and software architecture.
Trademarks: The name "Samla," the Lobah logo, and all related logos, slogans, and trade dress are the exclusive property of Lobah.
Moral Rights: All moral rights regarding the authorship and integrity of the Game content are reserved.
Any unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of these materials is a violation of copyright law and this Agreement.
3. Media and Content Creation Policy
We encourage you to create content with Samla! You are granted a limited license to use game footage for the purpose of creating video content (e.g., "Let's Plays," reviews, guides) on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar services, subject to the following:
Monetization: You are permitted to monetize your content through standard platform partner programs (e.g., YouTube AdSense, Twitch Subscriptions).
No Paywalls: You may not lock Game content behind a strict paywall (e.g., selling the video file directly) without our written consent.
Appropriate Use: Your content must not be illegal, racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive.
No Spoilers/Leaks: You may not stream or share content from closed alpha/beta tests if you have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Revocation: Lobah reserves the right to revoke this media license at any time for any reason, particularly if your content violates the spirit of the Game or harms our brand.
4. User Conduct & Restrictions
To maintain a fair environment for all players, you agree NOT to:
Cheat or Hack: Use automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the Game or gain an unfair advantage (aimbots, wallhacks, etc.).
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
Harass: Engage in toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior towards other players via text or voice chat.
Exploit: Knowingly exploit bugs or glitches to gain an advantage (please report them to us instead).
5. Virtual Goods and Currency
If the Game allows you to purchase or earn virtual currency or items ("Virtual Goods"):
No Ownership: You do not own these Virtual Goods. You hold a limited license to use them within the Game.
No Real World Value: Virtual Goods have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
Non-Transferable: You may not sell or trade your account or Virtual Goods to other users for real money.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
By You: You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies.
By Us: Lobah may terminate your license immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement (e.g., cheating or toxicity).
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete it from your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LOBAH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lobah shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if Lobah has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
