END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR STUDYHUB
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Solid Illusion for the game StudyHub.
1. Grant of License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use StudyHub on your devices through Steam for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the game.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the game without explicit permission.
Distribute, rent, lease, or sell copies of the game to third parties.
Use the game for any commercial purposes without a separate license from the Developer.
3. Ownership
All titles, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to StudyHub (including but not limited to any code, graphics, music, and text) are owned by the Developer. This game is licensed, not sold.
4. No Data Collection
The Developer does not collect, store, or share any personal data from the users through the game. Any data processing handled by Steam is subject to Valve’s Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
StudyHub is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the game will be error-free or that it will meet your specific expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.
