This software (“Hamish”) is licensed, not sold, to you by Soulo Games LTD (“the Developer”). By installing or playing Hamish, you agree to the following terms:
License Grant
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and play Hamish for personal entertainment purposes only.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to Hamish (including all graphics, audio, code, and other content) remain with Soulo Games LTD, except for certain third-party sound effects used under license, which remain the property of their respective owners.
Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute Hamish or its content except as expressly permitted by law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Hamish.
Use Hamish for any commercial purpose without written permission from Soulo Games LTD.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Hamish is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Soulo Games LTD makes no guarantees regarding performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulo Games LTD is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Hamish.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of Hamish and delete all copies.
