This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and [happyglue24] ("Developer") for the video game [Who Am I].

1. Relationship with Steam Subscriber Agreement
This game is provided through Steam. Use of this game is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA). In addition to the SSA, your use of [Who Am I] is subject to the terms of this EULA. By installing or using the game, you agree to be bound by both.

2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own, subject to the terms of the SSA.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
- Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the game to any third party.
- Use the game for any commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Ownership
The game, including all code, assets, and intellectual property, is owned by [happyglue24]. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Developer.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided "as is" without any warranty. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this software.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement or the SSA.
