END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

ACCEPTANCE
By using Starva Saga, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, immediately cease use and delete the content.
ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS
• "Content": Starva Saga in its entirety (webcomic, illustrations, scripts, music, animations, updates, extensions)
• "Personal Use": Private, non-commercial use without redistribution
• "Free Version": Content publicly accessible without payment
• "Premium Extensions": Additional paid content
ARTICLE 2 - LICENSE TO USE
Viebah grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to:
• Read and view Content for personal purposes
• Install on maximum 3 personal devices
• Create 1 private backup copy
• Share limited screenshots (max 4 per chapter) with attribution "@Viebah - Starva Saga"
PROHIBITIONS
It is strictly forbidden to:
• Reproduce, distribute or sell the Content
• Publish complete chapters online
• Use commercially without written authorization
• Remove credits or copyright notices
ARTICLE 3 - AUTHORIZED FANWORKS
Authorized with attribution "Based on Starva Saga © Viebah":
• Non-commercial fan art
• Non-commercial fan fiction
• Critical analysis and reviews
• Reading streams (max 1 chapter per session)
• Non-commercial fan games
Prohibited: commercial exploitation and creation of inappropriate content about Starva Saga and its universe.
ARTICLE 4 - PAID CONTENT
• Purchase via authorized platforms only
• Right of withdrawal: 14 days (except if used >30 minutes)
• No refund in case of contract violation
• Technical support not guaranteed
ARTICLE 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All rights belong to Viebah (Victor Jules Jean Pierre Bajeux)
• "Starva Saga" and "Viebah" are protected INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ARTICLE 6 - DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Data collected: technical information, error logs, usage metrics (anonymized)
Purposes: operation, improvement, technical support
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability

Retention: 12-24 months depending on data type
ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
• Content provided "AS IS" without warranty
• Exclusion of indirect damages
• User indemnifies Viebah in case of contract violation
ARTICLE 8 - TERMINATION
• Free termination by user (content deletion required)
• Termination by Viebah in case of violation
• Survival of intellectual property and liability clauses
ARTICLE 9 - PROTECTION OF MINORS
• Recommended age: 13+ years
• Parental supervision recommended 13-16 years
• Content: psychological themes, moderate fictional violence
• Parental responsibility for use by minors
ARTICLE 10 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
• Contract modifications notified 30 days in advance
• French law applicable
• Paris courts competent (except consumer protection)
• Amicable resolution preferred before legal action
• Partial nullity without effect on rest of contract
