If you obtained this copy of Ping Pan ("the Game") through an authorized platform or distribution channel such as Steam, and you have accepted this Agreement, Stonework Games LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

Copies of the Game obtained or distributed through unauthorized means (including but not limited to piracy, cracking, or sharing without permission) are not licensed, and use of such copies constitutes a violation of this Agreement and applicable law.

2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, its content, and related materials are owned by Stonework Games LLC.
You receive a license to use the Game; you do not own the software itself.

You agree not to:
 • Circumvent or modify any game security or access control.
 • Use cheats, automation, or exploits.
 • Distribute or publicly host the Game without written permission.
 • Upload malicious or illegal content when using online features.

4. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate these terms.
Stonework Games LLC may revoke access at any time for cheating, abuse, or misuse.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Stonework Games LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonework Games LLC and its affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game — including, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, or system failures — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Information We Collect
During gameplay, Ping Pan may automatically collect limited technical and usage data, such as:
 • Game session events (level attempts, scores, completion times)
 • Crash and error reports (via Sentry)
 • Basic system data (operating system, hardware type, version info)
 • Anonymized identifiers from Steam and GameAnalytics)
No personally identifiable information beyond what Steam provides to the game is intentionally collected.

2. How We Use This Information
Collected data is used solely to:
 • Diagnose crashes and improve performance
 • Balance gameplay and understand level difficulty
 • Maintain leaderboards and prevent cheating
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services
We rely on:
 • Steamworks (Valve Corporation) for authentication, achievements, and leaderboards
 • Sentry (Functional Software Inc.) for crash diagnostics
 • GameAnalytics Ltd. for anonymized gameplay statistics
Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention
Crash logs and analytics are retained only as long as necessary for debugging and performance analysis, then automatically deleted or aggregated.

5. Your Choices
If you prefer not to share crash or analytics data, you may disable your network connection or opt-out via Steam’s privacy settings.
Note that doing so may limit certain features (e.g., leaderboards).
