1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and UnrealEstate GmbH ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Achstr. 3, 86316 Friedberg , Germany, for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software"). If you are a minor (below the legal age of majority in your country), please have the agreement reviewed and agreed to by your parent or legal guardian.

2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, UnrealEstate GmbH hereby grants you a personal, non-commercial, single-user, non-transferable license to install and use the Software.

Axiomatik is a game designed as a single-player VR Game.



3. Restrictions
You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  
  
• Modify, adapt, translate based upon the Software or any part thereof.
  
  
• Distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
  
  
• Sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or host the Software for third parties.
  
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) from the Software or its documentation.
  
  
• Use the Software or website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  
  
• cheat, wilfully exploit bugs or glitches, wilfully harass or grief other players, or utilize any software or other means to do any of the aforementioned activities in the Axiomatik game;
  
  
• bypass or remove any measure preventing misuse of the Axiomatik game;
  
  
• misuse the Axiomatik game in any way contrary to the applicable law, including good morals rules.

Be considerate and polite while using any online feature of the Axiomatik, especially when communicating with other players. Don't choose a rude or offensive user-name or any user-name infringing rights of others, especially personal rights. If you do this, we reserve the right to take the appropriate measures, e.g., change your user-name, block your access to the online feature of the Axiomatik game, or suspend or block your access to the Axiomatik game.


4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Software or website are owned by UnrealEstate GmbH or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that you obtain no ownership rights in the Software, its documentation, or any related materials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.

Further, UnrealEstate GmbH does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or in games or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNREALESTATE GMBH BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF UNREALESTATE GMBH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY CASE, UNREALESTATE GMBH'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, UnrealEstate GmbH may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnrealEstate GmbH, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Software; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, property, or privacy right.

8.1. Indemnification from harm, bodily or other. Health and safety warning

You acknowledge that UnrealEstate GmbH is not responsible directly or indirectly for any bodily or psychological harm and property damage you may experience while using its website or games.

We don't take responsibility for any injury or damage caused by your actions while playing the Axiomatik game - that is your own responsibility.

8.2. Due to its virtual-reality nature, the Axiomatik game can be physically challenging, although Axiomatik is not a fitness game. Please consider your state of health before you start playing. If you have any doubts, consult a physician.


8.3. Always play safe, be careful and mindful of real world environment while playing Axiomatik in VR. Set a safe VR boundary, ensure to have enough space to avoid dangerous collisions with real world objects. Don’t hurt yourself.


8.4. If you are a minor (below the legal age of majority in your country), please have the health and safety concerns checked by your parent or another responsible adult person before you start to play the Axiomatik game.


9. Updates and Maintenance
UnrealEstate GmbH may, at its discretion, provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or maintenance releases for the Software. Such updates may be provided with additional or different license terms. UnrealEstate GmbH has no obligation to provide any updates or technical support for the Software unless specified in a separate agreement.

UnrealEstate GmbH may make changes to the materials contained on its website or in games at any time without notice. However UnrealEstate GmbH does not make any commitment to update the materials.

UnrealEstate GmbH has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website or in games and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by UnrealEstate GmbH of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.


10. Data Collection and Privacy
The Software may collect certain information about your use of the Software, system information, and usage patterns. This information may be used to improve the Software, provide updates, or enhance user experience. 11. Governing Law

Axiomatik includes the Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”). All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind.

UnrealEstate GmbH, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations (express, implied, oral, and written) with respect to the Epic Materials, including without limitation all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions of any kind, such as title, non-interference with your enjoyment, authority, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any purpose (whether or not Epic knows or has reason to know of any such purpose), system integration, accuracy or completeness, results, reasonable care, workmanlike effort, lack of negligence, and lack of viruses, whether alleged to arise under law, by reason of custom or usage in the trade, or by course of dealing. (5) that the Epic Materials are or will be in compliance with a platform manufacturer’s rules or requirements, or

(6) that a platform manufacturer has approved or will approve Axiomatik, or will not revoke approval of Axiomatik for any or no reason. Any warranty against infringement that may be provided in Section 2-312 of the Uniform Commercial Code or in any other comparable statute is expressly disclaimed by UnrealEstate GmbH and Epic.

UnrealEstate GmbH, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates do not guarantee continuous, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation of or access to the Epic Materials. This paragraph will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We can delete this data when requested, we do not have access to your IP-adress, but the third party service we are using has. The responsibility of data protection lies within the services of this third party leader board service : epicleaderboard.com.

We may transfer the leaderboard functionality to an other third party service or host it itself at any time in the future and without further notice.


We will indirectly collect player statistics (without personal identification of the user or username itself) via steam platform services. By playing this game via Steam you agree to these data collections. The data collection serves the purpose of improving the game.
