1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and PetersWorks, owned and operated by Pedro Barreiro (“Developer”), regarding your use of the video game Street 42 (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. License Grant

Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible Windows PC.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where permitted by law.

Distribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.

Circumvent or disable any security features.

Use the Game for commercial purposes (including arcade use, training, or competitions) without explicit permission from Developer.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game and its content (including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and story) remain with Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows user-generated content (e.g., mods, custom levels), you are solely responsible for that content. Developer reserves the right to remove or disable content at its discretion. By creating content, you grant Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Game.

6. Updates and Patches

Developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game, which may be required for continued use. These are licensed under the same terms as this Agreement.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate it immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) arising from your use of the Game, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
