END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and SG STYLE PTE. LTD. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the Greatsword Point! mobile game ("Game") available on the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device owned or controlled by you.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game for any purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices in the Game.
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Exploit the Game or any of its parts for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Use the Game in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair the Game or interfere with other users' ability to enjoy it.
3. Ownership
The Game, including all content, graphics, code, and software, is owned by SG STYLE PTE. LTD. and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device. We may also suspend or remove your access to the Game for any reason.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG STYLE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including, without limitation, any loss of data, lost profits, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes arising from this Agreement.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
