END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Coromoto Studio 984, the developer and publisher of Eternal Guardian: Forbidden Portals ("Software" or "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Coromoto Studio 984 grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. Coromoto Studio 984 retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission.
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Any content created within the Game remains the property of Coromoto Studio 984, unless otherwise agreed. You may not upload harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from Coromoto Studio 984 if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Coromoto Studio 984 disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Coromoto Studio 984 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
