END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Tyrosine Games LLC (“Company”) regarding the use of the interactive software titled “Untold of Memories: Potter’s Field” (the “Game”).
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

### 1. LICENSE GRANT
Tyrosine Games LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on your personal computer for private, non-commercial use only.

### 2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game or its assets.
- Use the Game for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission.
- Remove or alter any trademarks, logos, or copyright notices.
- Upload, stream, or distribute the Game or its content in a way that misrepresents or harms the Company’s reputation.

### 3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including art, animation, characters, dialogue, music, and code) are owned by Tyrosine Games LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to the User.

### 4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows user-generated content (e.g., screenshots, videos, or mods), you grant Tyrosine Games LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.

### 5. MATURE CONTENT NOTICE
This Game contains **mature themes** that may not be suitable for all audiences, including:
- Depictions of **psychological distress**, trauma, and **self-harm**.
- **Violent or disturbing imagery**, including blood, death, and emotional horror.
- References to **alcohol use**, grief, and mental instability.
The Game does **not** include sexual acts, nudity, or explicit sexual violence.
Player discretion is advised. It is intended for audiences aged **18 and older**.

### 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tyrosine Games LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data or performance issues.

### 7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Tyrosine Games LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately if the User fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, the User must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.

### 8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By continuing to install or play the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
