END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Tyrosine Games LLC (“Company”) regarding your use of the interactive software titled “Untold Memories: Potter’s Field” (the “Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on your personal computer for personal, private, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Game or any of its assets, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the Game or its content in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harm the Company or other users.
Streaming / Video Content. You may capture and share gameplay footage, screenshots, and livestreams for personal and non-commercial purposes (including monetized videos/streams), provided you do not misrepresent the Game or the Company, and you do not distribute the Game files themselves.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all content and intellectual property such as art, animation, characters, dialogue, music, sound, and code) are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement grants you a license only and does not transfer ownership.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game enables user-generated content (e.g., screenshots, recordings, or mods, where applicable), you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, and community purposes, unless prohibited by law.
5. CONTENT NOTICE
The Game is a psychological horror experience and may contain disturbing or intense themes (including fear, tension, and emotional distress) that may not be suitable for all audiences. Player discretion is advised.
If you are sensitive to horror themes or intense psychological experiences, you should not play. The Game is intended for mature audiences.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By installing or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
