End-User License Agreement (EULA) - Archer Defender
I. License Grant
"Suzhou Dejevis Digital Technology Co., Ltd." ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game "Archer Defender" solely for personal or internal business purposes. This license excludes source code and redistribution rights.
II. Usage Restrictions
You shall NOT:
•Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify game content;
•Rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially transfer the game;
•Bypass any technical restrictions or security measures;
•Use for unlawful purposes or in violation of this agreement.
Game content is copyright-protected and may not be redistributed or used commercially.
III. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the game and its copies (including documentation, interfaces, code, etc.) belong to the Licensor. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution constitutes infringement.
IV. User Responsibilities
You must comply with Chinese laws and regulations and shall not use the game for illegal activities. You are responsible for maintaining network security and shall not transmit malicious data or conduct cyberattacks targeting this game.
V. Updates & Support
The Licensor may provide updates or patches for security/functional improvements at its discretion but is under no obligation to provide ongoing support. Users bear all compatibility and risks arising from updates.
VI. Disclaimer
The game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
VII. Liability Limitation
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption). Total compensation shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.
VIII. Termination
Upon violation of this agreement, the Licensor may terminate this license immediately. You must destroy all game copies. Post-termination obligations regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations remain effective.
IX. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Suzhou Arbitration Commission for resolution.
X. Miscellaneous
•This agreement constitutes the entire agreement, superseding all prior oral/written understandings.
•The Licensor reserves the right to modify this agreement; continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
•If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
