End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and YikonDev regarding the game (“Software”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all content, graphics, audio, code, and assets, remain the property of YikonDev. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Distribute, share, or sell the Software to others.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code.
Bypass or remove any security or anti-piracy mechanisms.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without permission.
4. User Content (If Applicable)
Any user-generated content created through the Software remains owned by the user, but you grant YikonDev permission to use such content for promotional or development purposes.
5. Updates and Changes
The developer may provide updates, fixes, or changes to the Software. These updates are subject to this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. YikonDev makes no guarantees that the Software will be error-free or run on all systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
YikonDev is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including loss of data, hardware damage, or other issues.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Software. The license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms.
