By downloading, installing, or playing Fantasy Formula (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or play the Game.
You must be:
- At least 18 years old, or of legal age to access adult material in your country or jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Legally permitted to view and interact with sexual or explicit content in your country.
By playing the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
You are not purchasing the Game itself—only the right to use it under the conditions of this EULA.
You agree not to:
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the Game or its unmodified files.
- Distribute any modified versions of the Game that include or use the original copyrighted assets (art, music, writing, code) without the Developer’s written permission.
- Claim ownership of the Game, its characters, or story.
- Circumvent or remove copyright notices or DRM.
Note on Mods:
- You may freely create and use modifications to your own local copy of the Game for personal enjoyment.
- You may share your own original mod files (scripts, images, etc.) that require users to already own the Game, but not distribute the original Game files or assets.
All original content in the Game—including but not limited to art, code, music, writing, characters, and trademarks—is owned by the Developer or licensed to the Developer.
Your modifications remain your property, but using them with the Game does not transfer any rights to the underlying original content.
This Game contains sexually explicit and/or mature content intended for adults only.
It may include depictions of nudity, sexual activity, strong language, and other adult themes.
The content is entirely fictional and not intended to depict real persons.
You agree not to access, share, or distribute the Game where doing so would violate local laws.
You may not:
- Use the Game to create, promote, or distribute illegal content.
- Upload or share content from the Game that depicts or promotes unlawful acts.
- Create mods that include or promote illegal material.
This license is effective until terminated.
The Developer may revoke your license at any time if you violate this EULA.
Upon termination, you must uninstall the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
The Game is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Developer makes no guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws principles.
