END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Nishal (“Developer”) and governs your use of the video game Lethal Haven (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.
1. License Grant
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Ownership
The Game and all related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are owned by Developer, except for certain assets licensed from the Epic Games Marketplace, Mixamo (Adobe), Cosmos by Leartes Studios. These licensed assets remain the property of their respective creators and are used under valid licenses. You are not permitted to extract, reuse, or redistribute these assets outside the Game.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content except as allowed by law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Circumvent or disable any security or copy protection measures.
Use the Game or its content for any commercial purpose without written permission from Developer.
4. No Data Collection
The Game operates entirely offline and does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Developer makes no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
