"Dungeon Hunger" DEMO Version End User License Agreement (EULA)
Important Notice: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. By clicking “Agree,” or by installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using this game DEMO (“DEMO”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not click “Agree,” and immediately cease using and delete the DEMO.
1. Grant of License
1.1. The developer hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to install and use one copy of the DEMO on a single device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
1.2. This DEMO is a test version of the game "Dungeon Hunger" and may contain incomplete content, errors, malfunctions, or features not present in the final version. The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the DEMO and its services at any time without prior notice.
2. Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to:
2.1. Copy, distribute, rent, lend, sublicense, transfer, publicly perform, or display the DEMO.
2.2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, crack, or attempt to derive the source code of the DEMO, or otherwise create derivative works of the DEMO.
2.3. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the DEMO.
2.4. Use the DEMO for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating or providing game services for profit in internet cafes, gaming centers, or similar venues.
2.5. Use the DEMO for any illegal or unlawful activities.
3. Ownership
3.1. The developer and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the DEMO and all copies thereof, including titles, ownership, and intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, art assets, sound effects, stories, and trademarks). The DEMO is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
3.2. This Agreement grants you only a license to use the DEMO and does not constitute a sale of the DEMO or any intellectual property contained therein.
4. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide the developer with any feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or ideas regarding the DEMO (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant the developer a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide right and license to use, share, and commercialize such Feedback in any manner without compensation or obligation to you.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
5.1. The DEMO is provided “as is,” and the developer makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or absence of errors.
5.2. The developer shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to data loss, device failure, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising from the use or inability to use the DEMO, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer’s total liability (if any) for the DEMO shall not exceed the amount you paid to obtain the DEMO (i.e., zero).
6. Privacy
The developer may collect and use technical data and information related to your use of the DEMO, such as device information, crash reports, and in-game data, to improve the gaming experience, provide technical support, and enhance services. Our privacy policy (if applicable) details our data processing practices.
7. Termination
7.1. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
7.2. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the DEMO.
7.3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the DEMO and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Health Warning: Playing video games may cause seizures or fainting in a small number of individuals. If you experience dizziness, eye strain, muscle twitching, confusion, or any discomfort, stop using the DEMO immediately and consult a doctor.
8.2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court for litigation.
8.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.4. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and the developer regarding the DEMO and supersedes all prior oral or written communications.
Reminder: By using this DEMO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
