EULA (End User License Agreement)
IMPORTANT: THIS DOCUMENT IS THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR [Save The Earth Or Not]. BY INSTALLING OR USING [Save The Earth Or Not], YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and [MayoNuriGames] (hereinafter "Developer"). This software product includes [Save The Earth Or Not] and its related materials and is licensed under the terms of this agreement.
1. Grant of License
1.1. Granted License: Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use this software product for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2. Ownership: All rights, title, and intellectual property in and to this software product are owned by the Developer. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the software product, but only the right to use it.
2. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software product to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the code of the software product.
Use cheat programs or other illegal software to interfere with the normal operation of the game.
Create derivative works from any part of the software product or use it for commercial purposes.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
3.1. Disclaimer of Warranty: This software product is provided "as-is," and the Developer makes no warranty that the software product will meet your requirements, operate without errors, or be provided without interruption.
3.2. Limitation of Liability: The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this software product. In no event shall the Developer's liability exceed the license fee you paid for the software product.
4. Termination of Agreement
If you violate the terms of this EULA, the Developer may terminate this agreement without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software product and destroy all copies.
5. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Korea]. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [South Korea].
