END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and AFTS Zed'N ("Author") for the software product La Voie du Réveil (the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Author grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device that meets the system requirements.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software, including but not limited to its code, graphics, music, characters, and story, is protected by copyright laws.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software remain the property of the Author and its licensors (including Kadokawa and other asset providers).
You may not extract, decompile, or use the Software's assets (images, audio, or data files) for any purpose outside of playing the game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Software without authorization.
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Bypass any security measures or digital rights management (DRM) used by the Software or the Steam platform.
4. USER CONTENT & STREAMING
You are encouraged to create videos, screenshots, and live streams of the Software (e.g., on YouTube or Twitch). You may monetize such content provided that it is transformative and does not simply consist of distributing the game files or its soundtrack.
5. PRIVACY & DATA
The Software does not collect any personally identifiable information, except for technical data provided by the Steam platform (such as Steam ID, Achievements, and Statistics). For any inquiries regarding your data privacy, please contact the Author at: aftszedn@gmail.com.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
8. HEALTH WARNING (EPILEPSY)
The Software may contain flashing lights and visual patterns that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Please play in a well-lit room and take frequent breaks. If you experience dizziness or seizures, stop playing immediately and consult a doctor.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
