"Tianshu" End User License Agreement (EULA)
This Agreement is a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and A Bin (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”) regarding the use of the game Tianshu.
By installing, copying, or using this game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use this game.

1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, and non-commercial license to install and use this game on devices lawfully obtained by the User. This license is for single-player offline use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

2. Prohibited Actions
Unless expressly permitted by law or with the Licensor’s prior written consent, the User shall not:
1. Decompile, reverse engineer, decode, crack, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of this game.
2. Modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, or base other works upon this game.
3. Unpack, extract, or use any images, music, text, code, or other assets from this game in other works.
4. Use this game or any of its contents for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, renting, or subscription services.
5. Upload any content from this game to any online platform for download without the Licensor’s permission.
Note: Any authorized cooperation or licensing explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Licensor is not subject to these restrictions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to this game and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, music, sound effects, videos, code, data structures, character designs, and trademarks) belong to the Licensor or its licensors.
Except as expressly authorized in this Agreement, the User obtains no rights to the game or its content.

4. Streaming and Recording Guidelines
The Licensor allows the User to stream or record gameplay of this game for non-commercial purposes on video platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, Bilibili, etc.), provided that the game title and copyright information are clearly displayed in a visible location.
Streaming, recording, or video editing for commercial purposes requires the Licensor’s prior written consent.

5. Age Rating
This game is suitable for all ages and does not contain violence, sexual content, horror, or other inappropriate material. Minors are advised to play under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

6. Privacy Statement
This game does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from players.

7. Payment and Refunds
This game is sold as a one-time purchase with no in-game purchases or additional paid content.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the platform through which the game was purchased (e.g., Steam). The Licensor does not process refunds directly.

8. Right to Modify or Remove Content
The Licensor reserves the right to modify, update, remove, or replace any content in this game at any time, including but not limited to changes made for technical, licensing, legal, or other necessary reasons.
Example: Replacing music with expired licenses, altering controversial content, or removing features that affect game stability.

9. Termination of Service
The Licensor does not guarantee that this game will be provided or maintained indefinitely. If the game becomes unavailable due to platform removal, technical limitations, legal factors, or other reasons, the Licensor is not obligated to continue providing services or maintenance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the User’s specific requirements. The User assumes all risks associated with using the game.

11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor’s liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this game exceed the amount paid by the User to purchase the game.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, performance, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Licensor’s location, and the courts with jurisdiction in that location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. If local laws provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.

13. Language Version Priority
In the event of any discrepancies between different language versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail, except where local law requires otherwise.
