END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and PixelTechSoft, a game development team operated by Patavee Suksomsri ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding your use of "The Shadow Of Ayutthaya" (the "Game") and any related services.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR PLAYING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR PLAY THE GAME.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
2.1 Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this EULA.
2.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Create derivative works based on the Game
Use the Game for commercial purposes
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
Use the Game in violation of applicable laws
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 Our Rights
The Game, including all code, graphics, audio, text, and other content, is owned by PixelTechSoft and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Your Content
Any content you create using the Game (such as screenshots, gameplay videos) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional purposes.
3.3 Third-Party Content
The Game may include third-party software and content subject to separate license terms.
4. GAME CONTENT AND SERVICES
4.1 Game Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. You agree to accept such updates as part of your use of the Game.
4.2 Online Features
Some Game features may require an internet connection. We are not responsible for your internet connectivity or associated costs.
4.3 User-Generated Content
If the Game allows user-generated content, you are solely responsible for such content and must not create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Share your account credentials with others
Use offensive language or inappropriate content
Attempt to disrupt Game servers or services
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Game.
6.1 Data Collection
We may collect gameplay data, technical information, and other data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Cookies and Analytics

7. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
7.1 "AS IS" BASIS
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7.2 No Warranties
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of third-party rights
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security or virus-free operation
7.3 Platform Responsibility
We are not responsible for issues related to your gaming platform, hardware, or internet connection.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Liability Limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Game
8.2 Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
9. TERMINATION
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate this EULA immediately if you violate any terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
10. UPDATES TO THIS EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Game or our website. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
11.1 Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through the courts of Thailand.
11.3 Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
12.1 Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
12.2 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under this EULA. We may assign our rights without restriction.
12.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If you acquired the Game through Steam, Steam's Subscriber Agreement also applies.

If playing on console platforms, the respective platform's terms of service also apply.
14.3 Mobile Platforms
If playing on mobile devices, the respective app store's terms also apply.
