This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you (“User”) and C&S (“Developer”), governing the use of the video game "Juegos Retorcidos" (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
C&S grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the Game on your device, solely for personal and non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by C&S.
2. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, designs, images, sounds, code, and other elements of the Game are the property of C&S or its licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to:
Use the Game only in accordance with this Agreement.
Not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game.
Not use the Game for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe upon the rights of others.
4. Health and Epilepsy Warning
The Game may contain flashing lights, visual effects, patterns, or images that may trigger epileptic seizures, loss of consciousness, or other reactions in susceptible individuals, even without prior history.
Before playing:
If you or a family member suffer from photosensitive epilepsy or any other medical condition that may be affected, consult a doctor.
Play in a well-lit environment and take frequent breaks.
The User acknowledges and agrees that C&S will not be held responsible for injuries, medical issues, or damages resulting from playing the Game, even if prior warnings appeared on-screen.
5. Content Warning
This Game may contain violence, disturbing images, sudden scares (jumpscares), or other elements that may not be suitable for all audiences. The User is responsible for deciding whether to engage with this type of content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C&S shall not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
Data loss, interruptions, technical failures, or any other issues arising from the use of the Game.
Use of the Game is at your own risk.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Pérez, province of Santa Fe, with the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
8. Modifications
C&S reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be published along with the Game or on the relevant distribution platform. Continued use of the Game after such modifications implies acceptance.
