This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Yuri Perschim ("Developer") for the video game Cutter: Nightshift ("Game").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Permitted Modifications

You may create modifications or derivative content for personal use only, provided such content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not distributed for commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Game.

Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Game, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, music, software, and trademarks, is owned by Yuri Perschim and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Game uses Unreal® Engine under license from Epic Games, Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
