Trial of Ariah – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and 30 Minute Games (“Developer”), governing your use of the video game Trial of Ariah (“Game”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
30 Minute Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Trial of Ariah for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any of its files except as expressly allowed by this Agreement.
Use the Game or its assets (including graphics, audio, or code) for commercial purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where explicitly permitted by law.
2. Ownership
The Game and all intellectual property rights in it (including all artwork, characters, dialogue, code, music, and other content) are owned by 30 Minute Games.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game, only permission to use it under these terms.
3. User-Generated Content
If users create or share content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that content but grant 30 Minute Games a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Game or related media.
You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
4. No Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You assume all risks associated with using or playing the Game, including any potential data loss or performance issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 30 Minute Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — even if 30 Minute Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Game.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, or modify the Game’s code or data.
Distribute pirated copies of the Game or share your license key (if applicable).
Use the Game to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
30 Minute Games may terminate your license immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
