End User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using this software application ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device via your Steam account.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Developer.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game.
- Circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the Game.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of your content but grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with the Game.
5. Updates and Patches
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Game. These are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
