PLEASE PUSH THE BUTTON – DEMO END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY
By downloading, installing, or playing the Please Push The Button demo (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not download, install, or play the Game.
1. License Grant
This EULA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license applies only to the demo version of the Game.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to its code, assets, artwork, characters, story, text, audio, and other content) are owned by the developer, Paws and Play Studios, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You are granted a license to use the Game — you do not own the Game.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the Game’s source code.
Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the Game to any third party.
Circumvent or remove any technical protection measures in the Game.
Use the Game for any unlawful, commercial, or competitive purpose.
Pretend you made the Game and then try to sell it to your neighbor (especially Bob, he knows better).
4. Demo-Specific Limitations
The demo version of the Game is provided for evaluation purposes only and may not include all features, content, or functionality of the full version. Save files and progress from the demo may not transfer to the full game.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Game may contain bugs, glitches, or features that mysteriously disappear when you’re not looking — this is normal demo behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game — including but not limited to loss of progress, fried brain cells, or the sudden urge to push every real-life button you see.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Game. This license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Paws and Play Studios regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
