END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Sinister Remains
Please read this License Agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Sinister Remains (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Grant of License
This agreement grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sinister Remains for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license is granted by Akcan Productions (hereafter referred to as “Developer”).
2. Ownership
The Software, including all copies, updates, and related intellectual property rights, is owned by the Developer. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Developer.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Software.
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense any part of the Software.
Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
Make the Software available for multiple users (e.g., LAN cafes, public servers).
4. Updates and Modifications
The Developer may provide updates or patches for the Software from time to time. All such updates are subject to this EULA.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
7. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by you or the Developer at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Anatolian side), Türkiye.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer and supersedes all prior understandings, whether oral or written.
