END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
MAFATE – BLUE RAMEN STUDIOS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE GAME “MAFATE,” YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE GAME.
1. AGREEMENT SCOPE
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between Blue Ramen Studios (“Licensor”) and you (“User”) regarding your use of the video game MAFATE (the “Game”).
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Blue Ramen Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download, install, and use MAFATE on one or more devices owned by you through your Steam account.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
Copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Rent, sell, lend, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
Create or distribute unauthorized copies of the Game.
4. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and all of its content (graphics, sounds, characters, text, code) are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA remain the property of Blue Ramen Studios.
5. ONLINE FEATURES & USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game includes online features or allows user-generated content (such as mods or screenshots), you agree to:
Not share any illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
Grant Blue Ramen Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute any content you create in connection with the Game.
6. UPDATES
Blue Ramen Studios reserves the right to deploy updates, patches, or modifications to the Game, which may change or alter content and functionality. Updates may be applied automatically through Steam.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. You use the Game at your own risk.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Ramen Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.
9. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the region of Blue Ramen Studios’ registered office.
