SECRET OF HAVENDOR - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Version 1.0 - 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
("you", the "User") and Conludium ("Conludium", "we", "us"), the developer and
rights holder of the video game "Secret of Havendor" (the "Game"). By
installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by this
Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Conludium grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to install and play one copy of the Game on devices you own or control,
for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to this Agreement
and the terms of the platform through which you obtained the Game (e.g., Steam).
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all code, art, music, sound, characters, story, text, and
other content, is owned by Conludium and its licensors and is protected by
copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a
license to use the Game, not ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted
are reserved.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Except as permitted by applicable law or by Section 4, you may not:
(a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game
or copies of it;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source
code of the Game, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by
applicable law;
(c) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game for commercial
purposes;
(d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary
notices;
(e) use the Game to develop a competing product, or extract and use the Game's
assets outside the Game.
4. PERMITTED FAN USE (Let's Plays, Streaming, Fan Content)
You are welcome to:
(a) record, stream, and publish video or audio of your gameplay ("Let's Plays",
walkthroughs, reviews), including on monetized channels;
(b) create and share non-commercial fan works (fan art, fan fiction, mods) that
reference the Game, provided they are clearly your own creation, do not sell
ripped Game assets, and do not imply official endorsement by Conludium.
Conludium reserves the right to request that specific content be removed if it
is unlawful, harmful, or materially misrepresents the Game.
5. UPDATES
Conludium may provide updates, patches, or additional content at its discretion.
This Agreement applies to any such updates unless they are accompanied by
separate terms.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you
breach any term. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the
Game. Sections 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE GAME AT YOUR
OWN RISK.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONLUDIUM BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
THE GAME. CONLUDIUM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR
THE GAME. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING YOUR STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence,
without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and does not affect any mandatory
consumer-protection rights you have there. Any dispute shall be subject to the
competent courts of your place of residence.
10. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The Game includes third-party software components licensed under their own terms.
See the accompanying "THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt" file for attributions and license
texts. Those components remain the property of their respective owners.
