Yet Another AI Global Ltd. ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Engram ("the Game") for personal, non-commercial use.

Engram requires an internet connection to access certain features, including dynamically generated content powered by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

The Game includes AI-generated or AI-assisted content, which may adapt to your gameplay.

Your gameplay behavior, inputs, and in-game content may be analyzed for system improvement and AI training.

If you upload, input, or generate content within the Game, you:

Retain copyright ownership of your content;

Grant Licensor an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for the Game's operation, improvement, and machine learning research;

Understand that your content may be used to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models, including for commercial purposes.

You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Game;

Use it for unlawful or commercial activities without written permission;

Share access credentials or create unauthorized derivatives.

The Game and all related IP, excluding your original content, are owned by Licensor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Violation of terms may result in automatic termination, requiring you to uninstall and destroy all copies.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Licensor may modify this Agreement. Continued use of the Game after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
