END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Nostalgeek Productions ("Developer", "We", "Us") regarding the video game titled "Realmbreaker – Awakening" ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
LICENSE GRANT
Nostalgeek Productions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
The Game is licensed, not sold.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not, in whole or in part:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted by applicable law
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Create derivative works based on the Game
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use cheats, hacks, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to source code, gameplay systems, artwork, characters, story, music, dialogue, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Nostalgeek Productions.
This Agreement grants you no ownership rights in the Game.
NO USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR MODS
The Game does not support mods or user-generated content.
Any attempt to modify, inject, or alter the Game’s files, assets, or executable is a violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of your license.
UPDATES AND CHANGES
Nostalgeek Productions may provide patches, updates, bug fixes, or content changes at its discretion. We do not guarantee that any specific update or feature will be maintained or continued.
TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
Your license will terminate automatically and without notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nostalgeek Productions does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under German law, Nostalgeek Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or hardware or software damage arising from the use of the Game.
In all cases, the total liability of Nostalgeek Productions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nostalgeek Productions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Game.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nostalgeek Productions regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
