You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Overplay Crosshair for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include resale, redistribution, or modification of the software.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the software to gain unfair advantage in competitive games (e.g. cheating, automation)
- Distribute, sublicense, or make the software available to third parties
- Remove or alter branding, copyright notices, or UI elements
- Use the software in violation of any applicable laws or game terms of service
3. Ownership
Overplay Crosshair is owned and copyrighted by Devalor. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the software or its components.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
This software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for:
- Game bans, penalties, or account suspensions resulting from use of the software
- Data loss, system crashes, or hardware issues
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the software.
7. Updates & Modifications
The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the software at any time without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
