END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer of Black Angels ("Developer") for the use of the game software "Black Angels" ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- Reproduce or distribute the Software for commercial purposes without written permission;
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Software and any copies thereof are owned by the Developer.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties with respect to the Software’s performance, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
