END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) before downloading, installing, or playing Last Hammashan: Awakening of a Hero (“the Game”). By doing so, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or play the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Alaa Hamash.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all graphics, music, code, and other content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All title and ownership rights remain with Alaa Hamash.

YOU USE THE GAME AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Alaa Hamash AND HIS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS EULA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY ISSUE WITH THE GAME IS TO STOP USING IT.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This EULA shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA or the Game shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Amman, Jordan.
