1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or any of its components.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including any updates, modifications, and enhancements) remain the sole property of the Developer.
4. UPDATES
The Developer may provide updates or patches to the Software at their discretion. This Agreement applies to any such updates unless they are accompanied by a separate license.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
