This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the end user ("you" or "Player"), and PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF ("we," "us," "our"), the publisher of the game Kala Vikrti ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to download, install, or play the Game.

1. License Grant
- License: PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Kala Vikrti solely for personal, non-commercial use on a compatible personal computer (PC).
- Restrictions: You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part of it.
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game to any third party.
- Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Game is licensed, not sold. PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
- User-Generated Content: Any content created by you within the Game (e.g., mods, user levels, or artwork) remains your property, but you grant PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Game.

3. Account and Online Services
- Account: To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Online Services: The Game may contain online features, including multiplayer services, leaderboards, and social interactions. These features are subject to separate terms and conditions and may be modified, suspended, or terminated by PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF at any time.

5. Term and Termination

- Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game and deleting all copies from your devices.
- Termination by Us: PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
- No Warranty: The Game is provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- No Liability: PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including any breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

9. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and PT. SATRIVER KEGELAPAN KREATIF with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and communications.
