END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using this software. By installing, copying, or using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE
"Ledicia Interactiva" grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use this game (“the Software”) solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the Software.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties.
3. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by "Ledicia Interactiva" and its licensors.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This Software is provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
"Ledicia Interactiva" shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
6. DOWNLOAD AND USE OF CUSTOM CONTENT
The Software allows the download, storage, and use of custom content (such as team logos or other visual files) provided by users connected to the same game session. These files are used exclusively for in-game purposes, contain no personal data or executable code, and are stored locally on the user's device.
"Ledicia Interactiva" is not responsible for the content transferred, nor for its origin, accuracy, legality, or any potential copyright infringements. By using this feature, the user accepts this functionality and assumes full responsibility for any content they share or receive.
7. NOTICE REGARDING UNREAL ENGINE
This product was developed with Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc.
Epic Games, Inc. makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding this product. All claims, demands, or legal issues must be directed solely to the developer of the product.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In such case, you must delete all copies of the Software.
